1. Features
DSI-030 is a silicone modified alkyd resin with excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, quick dry, high gloss, yellowing resistance, moisture resistance, oil resistance and long oil, etc.
2. General Physical Characteristics
Appearance: amber transparent liquid
Non-volatile-matter content (180℃/30min)：70±2%
Viscosity, 5℃: 2000-2500
Solvent: Xylene, 150#, 200#
3. How to use
Combine with alkyd resin driers, surface drying 30min, widely used in outdoor high heat resistance and weather resistance protection coatings.
4. Use and Storage
According to Fire Control Law, Safety and Health Law and other regulations, pay attention to the following during using and storage:
a) Please operate under the conditions of no smoking and well-ventilate environment during using and curing.
b) The product uses low boiling point solvents, Please operate in well-ventilate environmentto avoid inhalation of solvent vapors.
Generally require a commitment on health and safety management according to law of labor safety and health when using
such solvents(solvent-products).
c) The product is considered hazard class 3. Please store and operate the product in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Storage stability: at least 6 months under normal condition in a sealed container.
